Five addons that already have a Forever file
As of September 26, 2026, these five addons have a stable Forever file on CurseForge, uploaded by the addon’s own developer: Questie, Leatrix Plus, Leatrix Maps, Auctionator and Bagnon.
We checked the game version on every file: CurseForge lists the Forever beta client as game version 1.60.1.
We left out alpha and beta test files, uploads by anyone other than the original developer, and addons whose job the base interface already does, such as the built-in damage meter.
Each pick solves a different everyday job: quests, small conveniences, the world map, the auction house and bags.

Stable files with the Forever game version on each addon’s CurseForge page, checked on September 26, 2026. Download links are in the sources at the end.
This is a beta snapshot: Forever launches on November 4, 2026, and every addon has to be checked again against the launch client.
Where to download and how to install
Download every addon from its own project page: the CurseForge website, or for Questie also its GitHub release page; each addon section below ends with a Download box that links there.
On a CurseForge project, open the Files tab and pick the file whose game version says Forever.
Leatrix Plus and Leatrix Maps publish a separate file ending in -forever, so their Classic file is the wrong one.
We found no statement from CurseForge that its desktop app supports Forever yet, and WowUp lists Forever support only in its 2.24.0 beta releases, so this guide installs by hand.
In the beta, addons go into World of Warcraft\_classic_beta_\Interface\AddOns, according to a Questie maintainer; create the AddOns folder if it does not exist yet.
Unzip the download and copy every folder inside it into AddOns: Questie comes with two folders and Bagnon with five.
A Questie maintainer advised logging in to the beta with all addons disabled, then enabling them one at a time from Esc → AddOns once your character can move.

Earlier beta builds lost addon settings at login; on September 25 a player in the Blizzard forum thread on the bug reported that the latest patch seems to fix it, but Blizzard has not commented.
Questie: quests on your map
Questie marks quest givers, turn-ins and quest objectives on your world map and minimap, and adds a quest tracker and a searchable quest database.
Questie 12.0.1, released on September 25, 2026, is the first stable release whose changelog lists Forever client support; the September 23 build before it was a pre-release.
Download it from github.com/Questie/Questie/releases or from curseforge.com/wow/addons/questie, the CurseForge project that Questie’s GitHub page links to.
Skip other listings that merely have Forever in their name: on September 20 a maintainer said the team did not know who had uploaded one of them.
The zip contains two folders, Questie and QuestieDB, and both have to go into AddOns.
Type /questie or Shift-click (Shift + left-click) the minimap button to open the options; a plain left-click opens My Journey, your quest history, and a right-click opens the Questie menu.
Questie’s own Forever work list still marks many in-game checks as pending validation, so expect rough edges and report errors to the project.
Leatrix Plus: conveniences you switch on yourself
Leatrix Plus is a collection of quality-of-life options for automation, chat, the interface, frames and system settings.
Nothing is enabled by default: open it with /ltp or its minimap button and tick only what you want.
Take the file ending in -forever; version 1.60.07-forever was uploaded on September 26, 2026.
Its changelog has Forever-specific work: Automate gossip skips the dialogue window for NPCs with only one gossip option, using a Forever NPC list the author calls incomplete.
Show train all button adds a train-all button to trainer windows, except trainers that use training points, such as hunter pet training.
Version 1.60.06 added Enhance flight map, and 1.60.07 fixed Enhance minimap putting Questie’s icons into the minimap button bag.
Type /ltp help to list every chat command.
Leatrix Maps: the whole map, not just where you have been
By default the world map shows only the parts of a zone you have explored.
Leatrix Maps can reveal the unexplored parts, show dungeon icons and coordinates, and resize, move or unframe the map.
Take the file ending in -forever; version 1.60.05-forever was uploaded on September 24, 2026.
Its changelog says the map-reveal data was updated for Forever and that a few zones still have no icons.
Open its settings with /ltm.
Auctionator: faster auction house searches and posting
Auctionator adds its own tabs to the auction house: Shopping for searches and shopping lists, Selling for posting, and Cancelling for your own auctions.
It also shows auction prices in item tooltips; to collect that price data, open the Auctionator tab at the auction house and click Full Scan.
Version 339, uploaded on September 21, 2026, fixed three Forever issues: auction durations, reagent bag contents in the Selling tab, and the unit price display.
Its chat commands are /auctionator and the short form /atr.
Bagnon: every bag in one window
Bagnon combines all your bags into one window with a search box, and can also show your bank and the inventory of your other characters.
Version 12.1.4, uploaded on September 25, 2026, made Forever’s client-side bag sorting compatible.
The zip has five folders: Bagnon, BagBrother, Bagnon_Bank, Bagnon_Config and Bagnon_GuildBank.
Copy all of them; BagBrother is the shared engine Bagnon needs to run.
Type /bagnon config to open the options, or /bagnon bank to open the bank window.
Also worth a look, and what to skip for now
Several other addons also have a stable Forever file from their own developers.
TomTom v4.3.11 from September 23 adds a waypoint arrow for coordinates.
GTFO 6.11 from September 21 plays a warning sound when you stand in something harmful.
For dungeon and raid warnings, Deadly Boss Mods 12.1.11 from September 25 has a Forever file, and so does BigWigs v425.7 from September 24; Deadly Boss Mods also needs its DBM-Vanilla module for classic content.
Baganator 829 from September 22 is an alternative to Bagnon.
WeakAuras has no Forever file: its latest release, 5.22.0 from September 5, does not list Forever.
Bartender4 has no Forever file either; use Forever’s built-in Edit Mode to move and resize action bars.
Details! has only alpha test files for Forever, and Blizzard said in its September 17 developer Q&A that Forever includes a built-in damage meter.

Before launch day
Everything here was checked against the beta on September 26, 2026.
Before launch on November 4, check three things: the launch client’s AddOns folder, whether each addon has a file for the launch client, and whether the CurseForge app supports Forever.
If an addon shows as out of date after an update, wait for its developer’s new file instead of loading it anyway.
